Devon comes from a background in digital strategy and market research and, prior to founding Measure, was an account director and director of social media and analytics, where her clients included the Smithsonian, Ford’s Theatre, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Barr Foundation, McKnight Foundation, and the Pew Charitable Trusts.
She has been a featured speaker at SXSW, Nonprofit Technology Conference, Do Good Data, and dozens more across the US, UK, and Australia. Devon holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, an MFA from the Yale School of Drama, and two bachelor's degrees from the University of Washington.
Jordan comes from a background in user research and interaction design and, prior to founding Measure, was a creative director, leading user experience, design, and technology teams on large-scale strategy and design efforts for clients like the Smithsonian, National Park Service, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Barr Foundation.
He holds a master's degree in interaction design from the School of Informatics and Computing at Indiana University and a bachelor's degree in environmental policy and management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University.
